  I work across the street from this store (and somehow never noticed it).
  I went in to renew my phone contract and was impressed by how knowledgeable the staff were. Usually when I've gone to other places they throw some plans at me in a "take it or leave it" kinda way. I was asked my usage and if I was happy with it or needed more on my plan. I feel like I was assessed and got the best plan for my needs (and a super cute case for my new phone!). Thanks for the help! I'll definitely be back when I need to renew again. The personal touch on the service really makes a difference.

  Went into this Bell store with my father last night. He is not an easy person to deal with, but the employee who helped him set up his new phone and tablet without complaint. I was very impressed by his customer service and would definitely go back to this location because of him.
