Gary and Heather are dedicated to their clients' fitness goals and are very knowledgeable and proactive with supporting rehab as well, due to old or new injuries. They have coached me with competing in the Crossfit Open for the past two years and encouraged me to compete at the highest level possible. I highly recommend FlipFitness for anyone's fitness journey, from teenager on.

They have flexible schedules that meet any type of busy schedule. If your looking at start personal training, this power couple is the best first step!
