We were stuck because we had a contractor do a bad job and then bailed on us. MKZ made adjustments to their busy schedule and helped us out. Prices are fair and work is professional. They were timely and proper in all regards. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Max has a great crew that takes great pride in doing great work. They are professional, respectful, and will leave you with a quality product at a fair price. They added loose fill to our attic insulation to our 1960's home, installed multiple cold air flow vents in the roof, and properly secured/insulated a bathroom fan. They also re-textured our ceilings to give us a nice flat finish. We are looking forward to a warmer space this winter with no risk of condensation in our ceilings!

Insulation guy was very friendly and professional. When he was finished he ensured the area was cleaned.

He explained what he did and verified the work was what we requested and that we were good to start the drywall. Was even early to the job.

I have just had MKZ construction do a complete renovation on my basement including drywalling, painting, and trim, including doors. From the start Max and his team were very professional and Max kept in contact with regular updates and visits to review progress and ask me how I thought things were going. Any time I had a question on any aspect of the job Max or his team were willing to help or accommodate. The finished job exceeded my expectations. A great job at a very fair price, I am more than happy and would have no problems recommending MKZ to friends.

These guys came to work!! Max and his crew were able to get on this job immediately. They were courteous, professional, timely and great communicators. The job site was left clean each day. And yeah, they happen to be highly skilled at their trade as well! I would happily recommend MKZ to ANYONE looking for professional, cost effective drywall contractors.
