    Ryan has sold our homes and found our homes! He is the most patient realator ever....No rushing and way always prepared for a full day of finding the right home for us. Every single time we purchased a new home or sold our old home he was there, on call for our beckon call. Ryan is extremely professional and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell your house.......he is your guy!????

    Ryan went above and beyond to help me find the right property for my kids and I, and he negotiated a fantastic deal and a very quick closing date for us, which was very important to us. He worked really hard to give us all the information we needed to meet our deadlines for the short closing. So pleasant and easy to work with!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

    Ryan went way above and beyond anything I expected especially on his assessment. I could not believe how in depth he went and am more than happy I used his expertise. I would highly recommend Ryan to anybody and will definitely use him again if I ever decide to sell and buy. He is very easy to get ahold of and when he says he will do something he does it and I find that very rare in today's market. If your looking for someone who is not only interested in just selling or finding you a home he is the person for you because he also made me feel comfortable at the same time and that helped relieve a lot of tension I had at the time.

    Ryan helped my mom and I sell and buy our home. When selling Ryan helped us sell quickly and for the price we wanted. Ryan was able to find us affordable solutions for the conditions of the sale. When buying he showed us neighbourhoods that were in our price range that we never thought we could afford. We love our new home and neighbourhood! Ryan was understanding and easy to work with.
