  We have nothing but positive things to say about Canadian Chimney (aka Home Service Pro).
  
  Ryan was our technician and he is competent, qualified and is passionate about his craft and keeping you safe. He took the time to explain everything he saw (good and bad) with our wood burning units, was dilligent in collecting evidence for our records and provided a comprehensive report to us in a very timely manner. (Report was sent the same day he did the inspection).
  
  We purchased our home 4 years ago and had a WETT Inspector from a competitor in our first year. They suggested we could use our downstairs fireplace.
  We have hired this company twice to do a WETT Inspection (Level 1 and Level 2) on our two fireplaces. Ryan caught some issues (cresote build up and fire box cracks and chimney repairs) a competitor missed - which saved our family from unwanted risks (like a house fire!).
  
  Additionally the Level 2 inspection done this year included a scope of our chimney and fireplace insert and showed that the previous home owner hadn't installed our fireplace insert correctly which could have caused issues like early corrosion and moisture damage.
  
  He shared some suggestions on how to resolve the issues and get our units compliant again.
  
  We will bring Canadian Chimney back, follow Ryans recommendations and repair the units and chimney.
  
  Thanks to Canadian Chimney for all their work and we look forward to having a cozy fire on a cold winters day (once everything is repaired).

  The service was very good all around. I ordered online with no issues, Ryan showed up on time and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to make our house more fire-safe. Will use them again.

  These guys made a bad situation right. After several attempts to book an appointment went unanswered, they came and did a level 2 inspection for a significant discount. Friendly and knowledge service.

  I was very pleased with the service I received not only from the technician but from the office staff as well. The technician was knowledgeable & honest in his assessment & went above & beyond to make sure our chimney was cleaned & repaired properly. Whenever I called the office, the staff responded quickly & were very friendly & professional. I will most definitely be a repeat customer!
