I am a physiotherapist and I absolutely refer all my pre/postnatal clients to Gina or Corina. They are so passionate, professional, caring and really just hands down the best in their field. There is nothing better you can do for your body during this challenging time then to book in for a consult. Even if you think everything is going well, it is 100 percent worth checking in before and after baby! I guarantee you will come away feeling better and having learned a ton : )
Had a great time at the partners birthing class today. You can read about stuff all you want but having someone to physically show you how to do things and position you properly is a complete game changer.

I went yesterday, to see Gina due to a very sore tailbone that had been plaguing me for about a year. The chiropractor was able to help but only temporarily and has always needed several visits to make much of a difference. I had pain both sitting and moving into a standing position and was starting to feel the inflammation when walking as well. I was nervous because I really didn't know what to expect. Gina is so professional and with her own admission, talks a lot which really helps a person relax. Although I could definitely feel the muscles which she had worked, I had no pain sitting or getting up when I left her office. She also says that I should not require any additional visits. She assessed the way I walk, sit and stand and provided suggestions to help. I am so impressed and would like to say that if anyone is hesitating, don't. It really helps and she is an excellent practitioner.
