Carmen is an experienced realtor who Is good at her job. Carmen puts the needs of her clients first and is honest and straightforward. She was quick to point out the flaws in the houses we looked at so that we could make an informed decision. Carmen is very patient and did not pressure us to buy quickly. She emphasized that she wanted us to be happy in our new home so was willing to work with us as long as it took to find the right house for us. The entire process just felt easy with Carmen. Carmen went above and beyond when helping me find my perfect home. She was always available for questions and showings, and put up with me for many, many months during my search. Carmen is very knowledgeable in her trade making sure that I saw the details in each home that could make or break a purchase and never pushed me in any direction. When it came time to buy she talked me through all the details, supported me when the panic of a first purchase set in and fought for me in order to get the best deal.
