  Customer service was exceptional at the very least. Booked a room through a third party for a night, after looking at the road conditions I decided that it was best to not travel. With only 4 hours till check in, the booking company said to contact the property (Super 8) to see if they could do anything for me as they could not. Explaining the impact the weather had on the roads, with no hassle they were able to refund me my reservation. Customer service does go along way. Thank you so much for understanding, AYUSH, I look forward to booking with you (Super 8) in the near future.

  Had a great stay. I usually stay here when I'm in the city for medical tests. They greeted me by my first name and ask how my drive was. Also eager to offer services...like where to eat. Comfy beds and I have never had a problem with noise from other guests.
