  I am using my boyfriends just to keep it anon. If I could select 10 stars then I most definitely would. This is probably one of the best good life facilities in Calgary. The group fitness instructors are definitely well trained and they always know how to make the class so much fun even if its your first time and you're a little shy (like myself), the space is smaller so I do try to come earlier in the day when there isn't many people. Very well kept and tidy, once it gets closer to the evening it does get a little bit more messy but with the amount of people and the one staff member its expected. And the staff are probably the best part of the entire gym, all employees are well trained and the manager is absolutely lovely. I had a sit down with Heather about an issue I had and she helped me so much from beginning to end. After she had helped me I told her that she was nothing like I read on the google reviews i had read. My advice is if youre going to the Westwinds location for the first time go there with an open mind and you'll see how great is from the members, the equipment, and all the lovely ladies who work there.

  Place is small but good if you want a quick workout. My only complaint is that I notice alot of women using equipment improperly. The staff cant be doing much in the office and should be assisting their guests. Members can be seriously injured and although the gym is not liable- they should still be offering a helping hand .
