  Went in today to 5th ave to have my coolant topped up. Patrick in the service bay was more then happy to help me. While going back to my car I ran into Lee who sold me .y car almost 2 years ago. He remembered me and asked how I was doing and how I liked the car.
  
  Always great service from the folks at 5th ave i would very highly recommend them for both sales and service.

  Alejandro was excellent and made me feel comfortable about my Tiguan purchase. I showed up in the morning and was out the door a few hours later with a vehicle I’m proud of. Thanks guys!

  Always love working with Alejandro. He is reasonable, and really respects our budget needs. He calls periodically to make sure we are happy with our purchase. When he knows we are looking for another offer, he will call only when something is in our budget and expectations.
  This is the second car we have purchased through Alejandro, and I wouldn't go to anyone else.
  The service department is always amazing here as well. Patrick is an absolute delight to deal with, and we really value the care they take with our vehicles.

  I had an amazing experience with this place, though I didn’t end up with a car (based on my own reasons) when I am ready I will be back again. The staff Especially John are incredible to work with they really listen to your needsand wants and will go above and beyond to meet them.
  
  If you are looking to visit this place I would recommend you book an appointment with John if you want someone who listens, and tells you everything as it is; he will not try and sell you something above your price limit and you will feel 100 % comfortable. Even when our deal didn’t do through he made sure to contact us to see how we were doing, and even provides us with alternative options. He will go above and beyond ; I book an appointment with him, unfortunately He had someone when I came in and I met with another amazing dealer, but even though I wasn’t his client that day he stayed past his shift to make sure that all our our needs were being met. My husband and I had lots of experience with different dealers at Volkswagen and he is for sure the one I will always go back to and refer. So if you are looking at Volkswagen make sure to give John a visit!

  Bought a Jetta from this place from Marquis who was very accommodating and honest about our options and price.
  
  The car sales manager was nice and made sure we got a good deal. I do however believe that they should hire a better car detailing company or if they do it themselves they should fire those employees. The car detailing was not up to par as the car was still kind of dirty when we got it. Other than that this dealership is not bad.
