(May 25, 2019, 7:26 pm)We bought a hot tub from here about 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier! Jacqueline was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are first time hot tub owners and knew nothing about maintenance, but we were taught everything need to know. I've even called Jacqueline a couple times since our purchase for water chemistry help and she was very helpful and solved our issue. The delivery was on time and very efficient. We went to several other stores when looking to buy our hot tub and Empress was the most helpful and the best value.

(April 9, 2019, 10:43 pm)I went to three different hot tub places and received NO help in regards to hot tub care or what I needed. I am a new hot tub owner and honestly knew nothing. Then I came here and not only did I get what I needed I learned how to take care of my hot tub, how to clean my filters and what amount of chemicals I needed (I was putting way too much chlorine in mine). My hot tub is now running way better and it's safer for me and my family. I highly recommend this place if your looking for hot tub or hot tub products, we have already returned again and will be for all our future needs! Thank you so much for everything!

We had a variety of issues with our purchase that were out of anyone's hands but Empress made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to take care of us. I would recommend Empress Hot Tubs to my friends and family. A breath of fresh air in a sometimes untrustworthy sales industry.
