  Decent stop for breakfast on the international departure side of the calgary airport. Enjoyed a tasty early morning eggs benedict. Was reasonably busy at 5am and service was very good today.

  Service was horrible as I was waiting for a while, had 3 servers walk past me, finally I rudely asked for a drink. He went over the menu and told him I had a severe tree nut allergy. Vegetable Caesar looks amazing but SPICY AF! No warning! Was able to get a new one, charged at half price. Chicken tenders had a nice crisp, fries were ok, coleslaw was delicious! Food runner just dropped off food and you could tell he did want to be here.
  
  Thankfully, Jess, was working and is THE true definition of Excellent Customer Service! Not only does she share the nut allergy but was constantly checking on me as well as other people not in her section. She was positive, smiling, made eye contact, and was dressed professionally. Why she is not a manager is beyond me! Only reason I would come back to this restaurant is because of her!

  So sad. Good beers and some good service and then very terrible service. We were held up for 4 hrs in Calgary and spent our time adventuring our n beers had a good server and five star experience. Then a shift change came and it went down hill after that. Some people should not be in the service industry. Anyways came away with a unsatisfactory experience.
