  Danielle at A-1 parts is Awesome! Her level of customer service via the phone orders I placed was great each time I called. When she said she would call back she called back in a timley matter giving an update on whether or not they had the part in stock. The couple of times that I needed a part shipped to me in Edmonton she had it to me by the next day. Now that may not seem like a big deal but when I called it was later in the afternoon and she still managed to get it shipped that day The business office and parking lot are clean and organized unlike a neighbor of theirs whom I mistakenly went to first. I highly recommend A-1 Parts and I will be doing more business with them again when needed. Brad -Edmonton

  I have always had friendly, pleasent and knowledgeable customer service from this place. The girls really know their stuff. I've been coming here for at least 10 years. And only ever had one 'accident' when someone brought the wrong part to their store for pick up, not paying much attention I brought it home and realized it was for a Nissan not a Chev. Had no problem returning it for right part. Keep up the great work ladies.
