  On very short notice, I was given an appointment the very next day to do my 90,000 km service. When in the dealership, I was dealt with by Sam and am very happy with his thoroughness, knowledge and friendliness. My overall experience was excellent.

  I've always loved this shop. Everyone from the sales staff, to the people booking in for service, to the techs themselves are amazing. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help!

  Took my A3 to the satellite location for routine maintenance. The service was efficient and all my questions were answered quickly. Joel was great to deal with. Having a loaner car for the day was handy as well! Thanks!

  Every person I dealt with at Glenmore Audi was amazing. I love my new car and I can’t say enough good things about the amazing customer service from everyone there. They really went above and beyond and I keep praising them to everyone!

  I appreciate their transparency, professionalism, and neutrality.
  
  Compared to other dealerships across Canada that are notorious for selling cars by persuasion and deception, this dealership tried least to sell their cars. They provided us decision relevant information. Although, we were encouraged by the staff to make a quick buy decision. But it was not forceful or deceptive.
  
  I like and appreciate impartiality of the staff. Keep it up!
