  I'm just starting to run again after many years. The staff was fabulous, really knew what I needed as a new older, and overweight runner. I'll definitely be going back. Thank you !

  Excellent running shop! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable not only about the footwear, but also about all the complimentary products. Great selection of insoles (Kneed, SOLE, etc.) and recovery products (e.g. Addaday rollers). Lauren was so helpful and got us fitted in great shoes. I'd recommend this place for beginners to experienced runners, as well as those trying to find the right footwear post-injury.

  I went in looking for new running shoes for my next half and the service and knowledge was incredible. I will be back when these shoes mile out!

  Had an awesome experience shopping for cycling sun glasses there. Unlike other shops the stuff here knows its merchandise very well and actually helps deciding what is best for a certain type of activity and for a specific person. Every client gets helped and gets just the right amount of assistance.

  Incredible customer service!!!! Lauren was non pressure and friendly in demeanor. She was focused on my needs as a customer. She was extremely knowledgeable with which products would be best fit for my feet and my movement needs. She monitored my step and gait to determine shoe needs. She focused on my feet not just dollar signs in shoe recommendations.
  
  The store is extremely clean, organized and customer focused. I would highly recommend Strides Running Store to anyone needing new shoes, clothing and clinics!! Well done!!!
