  I am the proud new owner of an Indian Motorcycle , a 2019 Scout 60 to be exact and man am I excited for winter to be over and I must say if you go anywhere else for you motorcycle needs your in the wrong place . From the minute I submitted my inquiry through email I received a return phone call, an email and all within literally minutes of me clicking send , I was blown away with how fast Steven got back to me. That's his name Steven Danroth he was my salesman and now also a friend, he truly makes you feel that way and of all my experiences in buying motorcycles in my life , actually no I take that back in all my larger purchases in life truck , cars , appliances, houses etc. I have never been treated so well , felt that he genuinely wanted to get me on the right MC for my needs and at no time tried to do anything but make a big purchase feel like I was dealing with an old friend "not someone" whom I had talked to on the phone a couple times and when I finally made it down to chat never did I get that feeling that he just wanted to get it done , spend MY money and not listen to MY wants and needs, nothing could have been farther from the truth and this was the reason even though I was not totally ready to purchase that first Visit but I did and that's all due to Steven- Cycle Works' incredible sales member . P.S. I dealt with other staff too and all were great as well, it seems to be one big happy family vibe and you could definitely feel the passion as Steven called it. Thank you for everything your new friend and loyal customer . See you soon for that ride together Steven winters just about gone.

  This store is very inviting, very good ambiance, beautiful bikes, and best of all they know you by name! Every time we walk into Indian Tracy remembers our name and takes a genuine interest in us and we love coming in to hang out!

  I just recently had a second great experience with Indian Motorcycle of Calgary. My recent purchase of a chief dark horse was met with fantastic staff. Eric did a great job on the sale, he took the time to just sit and talk and I never once felt pressured while negotiating a trade up. Bonnie is a pleasure to talk to and is very meticulous which made the paperwork process easy. She made sure I understood the numbers and explained the purpose of every option available for the purchase. As it was winter, I had my dark horse delivered to me and the gentleman who brought it unloaded it with much care and answered all of my questions. Lastly, I have to give a huge thank you to Tracey as I feel that she really does humanize the Indian Motorcycle experience. Thanks Tracey for making me feel part of the Indian family. You are a true gem!
