Prepared Traveller Travel Clinic

We have visited Adrian at the Prepared Travel Clinic this week prior to our upcoming Thailand trip. We had previously booked with him prior to a trip to Bolivia. Both times, we were really happy with how knowledgeable and personable he is. On our first visit, we brought a client with disabilities as we were preparing to travel with him. Adrian treated him with respect and ensured he understood what was being communicated at each step. This past visit, we brought our parents along; Adrian updated them on their shingles/flu/MMR vaccinations as well! We would highly recommend this clinic to fellow travellers!

I came in for an appointment with Ruth-Ann Gingrich in February and was not disappointed! In preparation for a trip to the Dominican Republic, Ruth-Ann was very professional, light hearted and I felt i was very taken care of. I would definitely recommend her services looking for vaccinations / healthcare for travel trips and would definitely come back in the future!

Adrian was friendly, attentive, and knew his information. He was able to get us the company benefit information we needed prior to making our decisions, made some phone calls for us, and administer the vaccinations that we required. Adrain, the owner is very helpful knowledgeable, polite and I feel very ease when I have to have any vaccinations essential for my travel. He explained in details of each medication. I am extremely happy with the service of all staff. They are very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I have been with them for more than 10 years. Ruth-Ann Gingrich was amazing. She was thorough with our visit and didn't rush us through everything. When we went, I was still waiting for my benefits to start, so instead of administrating and charging me for everything during the visit, she only did what was necessary then logged the other vaccines I would need for my return with benefits before the trip. She gave us all the information we needed for our travels and was helpful when we found out I had no records of vaccinations as a child. Thanks so much Ruth-Ann. The best travel clinic we've been to.
