VCA Canada Calgary North Animal Hospital & 24 Hour Emergency Ser

Recently moved to Calgary and had an awesome experience here. Our dog became sick and when we brought her to VCA they were very thorough in their check, explained all of our options and pricing and the bill ended up being lower than expected! Doctor Singh was great and I would highly recommend this clinic.

I absolutely love how patient and kind the staff are at this hospital. As the family of the patient, all of our questions were not only answered, but on a night where our pup had to unexpectedly spend the night, my kids and I were allowed to go into the back where our boy was being warmed in an incubator. The other staff didn't know why we were there, but they were quick to bring a step stool to accommodate my daughter so that she would be able to see our pup and pet him. The back room was interesting and curious to us. The doctor was super kind and patient and answered all of our questions including ones that had nothing to do with our dog.
The staff have since proactively sent texts and have called to check up on our pup. This goes above and beyond general health Care.
My 5 year old wants to be a doctor to dogs as she has now been inspired by our last visit.

We took our Chinny in with respiratory distress as our vet is closed on weekends. They saw him right away; set him up on oxygen, reviewed all our options and set up a payment plan for us. They were very honest about their experience with Chinchillas and had us switch doctors to make sure we got someone well versed in their care. Our little guy is home and has a follow up already booked. We are so grateful and so impressed. Special thanks the Jean! You were amazing.

Amazing staff at this clinic. Have being here twice for my dog and both times have had exceptional service. Even though the clinic was very busy Dr. Weger spent a lot of time with us doing a thorough assessment, explained everything and after I left the clinic called back a few hours later with all the test results and explained them. They genuinely care about your pets! Thank you VCA north animal hospital. Its truly appreciated.
