Ross spent over an hour explaining the differences between models and how the newer features worked. From there, I was able to make an educated choice of the best appliances for my needs without any pressure or upselling. The pricing was also lower than what was estimated by one of the giant appliance chains. During my renovations, the delivery dates changed multiple times, but Ross was always pleasant to work with and reschedule things for me. Old fashioned care and customer service at its best!
