Over the course of 35 years I have bought and sold homes in Brandon, MB, Warman, SK, Calgary, AB, Victoria, BC, Comox, BC and Sooke, BC. In that time I have obviously met with many agents, of varying nature and abilities, but I can honestly say I've never met one quite like Paul Thomas. He sort of reminds me of a nerdy high school science teacher I once had and really liked, but he's also a complete real estate industry professional with a thorough understanding of the market. His "give a damn" quotient is huge. He genuinely cares what and where you are buying and how it will fit with your lifestyle, as well as your current and future needs. Paul is the kind of caring agent who actually goes down on hands and knees to inspect vents, windows, basement corners and obscure crannies of a house. If he sees something he doesn't like in terms of workmanship, he's quick to point it out and to educate you if you're not sure what you're looking at. With a quick mind and a quiet sense of humour, Paul is actually fun to be around when you're viewing a property, and he's never pushy or aggressive, only knowledgable and accommodating. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this man to anyone looking to buy in the Calgary area. (BTW: I only give Paul 4 stars because on general principle I never give 5 for anything or anyone.)

Paul was/is an awesome realtor. He takes the time to understand your needs as the client, and provide the best suggestions that fit your lifestyle and budget requirements. He is patient and diligent in explaining the house buying and selling process, this ensures that you are comfortable and are knowledgeable while making one of the biggest life decisions. I would highly recommend Paul as a Realtor, and plan on using him again for my future buying/selling needs.
