The folks at Imagine Wireless were absolutely amazing! I broke my phone 2 days before a trip and thought it would be impossible to get a new phone in a short amount of time. I completed the required paperwork to register for a new plan with a new device and someone called me almost immediately after I submitted the forms. They were very friendly and very understanding of my situation. The advised on the types of hardware that was currently available and that they closed at 5. I work until 5 and the staff offered to stay late until I could pick up my device. I will 100% be choosing Imagine Wireless for all of my future plans and device decisions from now on.
