(December 1, 2018, 7:06 pm)Satori Wellness Studio is a warm and inviting space, and Diana is an uplifter. She is generous with her knowledge and her time and tries hard to help people have positive experiences in her classes.
I've taken her meditation and mindfulness classes and have left feeling refocused and relaxed. She's so thoughtful that, after a learn-to-meditate class, she sent a follow-up email outlining the meditation steps that we went through...just so that we could practice on our own. She even brought tea for her students to drink before another session!
I take her women's Brazilian jiu jitsu classes twice a week and like how thorough she is in her teaching. She demonstrates techniques over and over again to make sure that we understand them either before we start or while we try them. She also modifies techniques for people who come in injured so that they can still make the most of their training.
Seriously, Diana is great! Go see her! -

It also helps me for my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, especially after intense training. She is very passionate about what she does and it shows in the way she teaches - for adults and kids. Highly recommend. My children and myself, always leave feeling energized, from her classes.

She is a wealth of information that she enjoys sharing with people she connects with. Her non biased and research based approach helps make you feel at ease when you talk to her. I only wish I was pregnant for longer so I could spend more time with her! I highly recommend her for any service she offers.
