Ajito

Ajito is tucked away inside another restaurant with a cool "hidden" door entrance. I won't say what it is but you will notice it as you walk towards it. Once inside, the decor, ambiance, cool hand towels, and menu all have style and the Ajito touch.

The food at Ajito is tapa-sized meant for sharing but you can eat everything yourself because it's so delicious. The smoked tuna was super tender and presentation is 100% The beef tataki was equally delicious with a nice light sauce. The pan fried udon with clams and garlic sauce was finger licking good. The baked mussels has a super tasty broth. I was also recommended to me the 48-hour braised black cod that is flavourful without being too saturated in miso.

Overall, you need to check this place out. My only complaint is the portions can be bigger but it's tapas so don't go super hungry.

Friendly service, neat atmosphere, beautiful food presentation, and the flavour is unreal. I enjoyed it so much I want to try everything on the menu.

Great experience at Ajito. Entering through the secret door was a nice touch. Dishes and drinks were delicious and very well presented. Our favourite was the smoked tuna takaki. Sitting at the bar allowed for us to see the work put into each dish.

Came to Ajito for Valentines, and was very amazed with the foods and services. The food was also very impressive with many different styles In presentation and also quality. I will definitely come back but this time order less (because we ordered way too much for 2 people). Thank you to our waitress and the kitchen staff.

This place is a little adventure. Just to figure out how to get in is fun. Food is a wonderful different taste and experience. Highly recommended. We love ramen soup but We did not try it because it does not have a good review. Hope this will change. The Smoked tuna is fun and very good. Crispy chicken was good but I will give a 3star to this dish just because the other plates we ordered were so different, tasty and out of the normal that the chicken if left behind. a 5 star is not enough for this place. I will day a 10 stats will be fair.
