Air Force came highly recommended to me. They held up to the recommendation. The quote was quick and simple with nothing but honesty. The installation was flawless. I had a second quote done, the other company was substantially more expensive, and was trying to sell all the extra add ones that add little to no value. Air Force was the best choice!

Don really took the time to explain their warranty vs other warranties and advised I should read the fine print on all the quotes I received. Their warranty was definitely the best one out of the companies I received quotes from and that’s why I chose Air Force Heating !

Chad and Diego put blankets on my floors so they wouldn’t dirty them and fully explained the install process. They were even very patient when our curious dog Nina kept putting her nose in their work while they were working ! install looks very clean and professional.

They were able to provide an initial quote through email, which I thought was awesome as most places require a house visit first. During the initial visit to inspect my house, Don was very friendly and I appreciated that there was no pressure at all to choose them. I managed to catch their early bird deal in May, so the price was quite a bit lower than the other companies I asked for quotes from.

During the actual service day, Chad arrived on time, and both him and Diego were polite and courteous. The appointment took about 3 hours, as expected, and they made sure to clean up after. They walked through what was done and gave an overview of basic operation and procedure.

Overall very pleased with the experience and looking forward to not sleeping in 28° rooms this summer in my townhome with east/west facing windows!

Air Force is amazing! Came out in a timely manner and installed a new furnace and hot water tank. They even had time to look at a picture my daughter drew for them. Awesome works guys!

We were in the market for a new AC system and called around for a few quotes. We went with Air Force because they had competitive pricing, great warranty & the install was quick and clean. We are very happy with our new equipment. Chad was professional and knowledgeable during our consultation/quote and basically provided us with the same information we’d need for sizing in half the time as the other salesman from the other companies which made us feel confident in going with Air Force.
