Staff ate very very helpful and knowledgeable. They refill their stock often. Great store!
Staff was extremely helpful (and her dog was adorable). The store was also well organized and had everything I needed for reasonable prices!
I love this pet planet. The staff are very friendly and they seem to remember their frequent customers. The products are good quality and are carefully chosen. They will order food for you I'd your pet food isn't something they regularly carry.
Always excellent service from the staff. They are helpful, knowledge and are able to give great advice about the products they carry. The are honest with their recommendations to help you find the best food/treat/supplement etc. for your pet!
Love this store! It is small and lovely with great selection and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I like it that they have my info in their database, so that they know what food we previously purchased for our dogs. We tried different brands and sometimes we just forget the name. All they need is our phone number to look it up. Once we also got a free full-size bag of food because we had purchased several bags from them prior. I cannot see us switching to any other store. These guys are great!
