  I had a wonderful experience, Rachel was extremely helpful and efficient. It’s nice to have a little personality on the other end of the phone! I had my policy renewal from another insurance company and it just kept getting more and more expensive. These guys gave me more coverage and cut my monthly payment by almost 50%. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend getting a quote from here if you’re shopping around.

  I shopped around quite a bit for a reasonable quote on a car I newly purchased, and was discouraged because I couldn't fathom why quotes were high. I was almost ready to pay regardless, not until I spoke with Rachel who put me through in great details, and was able to give me the best rate available as a newcomer in Canada. Her prompt delivery and service was just superb. I wouldn't go elsewhere when renewing next year, and would readily recommend them to people.

  I've struggled with insurance over the years due to a couple of accidents in the past that are haunting me. Its absolutely ridiculous how difficult most insurance agencies make it for you to be able to obtain, and keep insurance at a reasonable price to live. My policy is still expensive and I cannot do anything about that until the accidents are removed next year but I contacted over 10 different agencies and no one could help me. They were all outrageous prices, some even so much as said they could not supply me insurance!! Even my current agency who I have been with for 10 years changed their guidelines and left me on the street with no options. I do not know how they expect people to maintain a life without a vehicle to get to a from and the money to pay for it once they deem you "high risk". When I first moved to Alberta I paid $65 a month for my premium and for the last 5 years I've paid over $500 a month!!!
  
  I called in and spoke with a wonderful gal named Katie who did not treat me like an outkast as others did, she talked to me about my history and concerns. Explained everything in great detail and worked her hardest to get me the best deal possible for my situation. Some other companies quoted me DOUBLE what she did and I would have to pay in full. She was able to get me a reasonable rate for the year, with monthly payments. We transferred everything over to them and are extremely happy. Honestly this is the BEST customer service I have had in a long time and will recommend them to everyone I know!! Thank you so much for showing me there are still good agencies & people out there!!

  I recently came into Jeff Cooke Desjardin's office to get some quotes around our home and automotive insurance. We met with Rachel Cooke and brought in all the documents which she asked for.
  
  Once I sat down with her, I knew right away I was in good hands. I'm like the majority of people out there, who feels that insurance agents are always scary and nerve wrecking to deal with, as we don't know if they are providing true financial advice, or looking for a good pay cheque.
  
  I actually ended up getting my life and critical illness insurance through Rachel. Rachel really took the time to go over what my insurance policy covers, and explained it all in a manner which I would understand. At no point did Rachel ever make me feel like I was asking too much questions or eating too much of her time. The funny thing is I wasn't even thinking about life insurance until we went over my financial goals and plan, and then realized how we have almost zero protection if something were to happen to me.
  
  Life insurance is a scary thing to talk about, but anyone with loved ones will appreciate how important it is. I highly recommend Rachel and her team due to how comfortable they made me. Also, not to get into specifics, but I had asked Rachel a specific question around my policy, and Rachel actually advised against it! She explained how I would save money financially from not having this feature on my policy, which saved us about $50 a month! If you are looking for a office and team that is going to provide advice that is actually related to your needs, versus an order taker, this is the team to work with. I've already told my friends and family about Rachel and I can't wait to hear their experience with Rachel. Thank you again Rachel for helping me protect my family, and most importantly, give me peace of mind knowing my family will be taken care of in an event or accident.
