(February 10, 2019, 2:27 pm)I called Blue Ribbon, in a hysterical panic, as it were, due to the pipe underneath our house that broke. We could hear the water rushing under the trailer and could not turn it off. (it was -41 with the wind chill by the way) Shannahan answered my call @ 5:54 and was here by 6:15 (Sunday too). He was so perfectly neutral and told me everything will be okay, it is only water. His calm demeanour was so appreciated by my husband, our furbabies and I. Incredibly professional and honest. Definitely on speed dial now and highy recommend Shannahan and Blue Ribbon. Thank you so very much for all that you do.

(August 8, 2018, 4:32 pm)Highly recommend! Seems silly, but they answered when I called, made me an appointment within a few days, and arrived on time! Seems harder and harder to find these days.
Also, he gave me honest, helpful advice, fixed everything for me on the spot and was very reasonably priced. Overall, great experience!
