thanks for help in need for payment deferrals. you helped me now sleep easier and the manager who called me showed me on phone how to do it online so easy. better experience than rbc who said to wait 2 days for call backs. they gave me anxious and cibc help right away to show how to do it. thank you

great people here. all staff is awesome.

I come here quite often and have dealt with almost every person here from teller to account manager to manager himself. No matter how busy they are, you can see they have a great system in place to help each other and I have seen the manager step in and out of multiple customer meetings to help troubleshoot or explain procedures and policies within a short span of time.

I can tell morale is high and they love coming to work daily. I never feel I am judged by any of the staff for how much or how little I have in my accounts as staff is always friendly and engaging.
I have always left with a smile and a pleasant experience in what I consider to be a mundane part of my day and banking in general. Highly recommend to my family and friends to come bank here.
I also saw they have a great book sale for a great cause for run for the cure.

I am banking with these guys for past 1 year and been quite happy.
Staff is prompt, attentive, friendly and roams around to ask how they can help and directs me to what's best to do given my situation.
Lineups are infrequent as they are always moving quickly and staff is efficient and manager has good control to provide assistance as needed.
My phone call is always returned promptly and trust me I've had lots to talk about with these guys who have helped me sort out issues with CRA. I enjoy coming here even though I have options closer to where I live. I have often overheard other clients give great feedback to the staff for a job well done.
