  Great experience! All staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I've come in with emergency issues and for regular appointments and always treated with great care. Doctors communicate clearly and effectively. Definitely recommend.

  Awesome customer service. I love all the 3 pairs of eyeglasses they suggested. The sales rep was so kind and patient eventhough it took me more than an hour to select the pair that I really want (to think there are a lot of customers waiting).

  The staff here always take great care of my son. We have been coming here since he started getting his eyes checked 8 years ago. They are always friendly, prompt, and take the time to explain the various tests and exams.

  I am really happy with all of the service that I have received at the Chaparral location. They are very thorough with exams. They have great choices for eye glass frames. They gave great advice when I was trying to select what looked good on me!

  Optometrists here are very knowledgeable, resourceful and personable. I was recommended lenses that were best for my lifestyle. They had great selection of frames. I am so happy and satisfied with my experience. The staff here are genuinely friendly and helpful too.
