(July 18, 2018, 1:06 am)Professional, polite, quick, reasonable prices. I had a tiny imbalance in the front tires of my Porsche which Integra tire fixed perfectly. I was worried that such a small issue might be unfixable if the tire shop's machine isn't sensitive enough or if the technician doesn't care enough. But Integra tire has great guys working there and they have a well calibrated Wheel Force balancer. Now there's zero vibrations and I'm happy. They were on time and didn't keep me waiting as well.
I'm really glad to find a shop like that close to home in the NW! -

(May 31, 2018, 6:14 pm)Too bad they don't match pricing, I would have saved $100 +. Replied was... you should have asked me before when you asked for a quote not when it's time to pay. Really! Will remember this short sighted answer. But thanks to have save me a trip the previous day when you received the wrong tires. Very short sighted staff not to match pricing from Kaltire.
I want to revise this post after I got a call directly from John (owner) only a few days after I posted this. He resolved the issue in a very professional way. I for sure will do business with them in the future for my mechanic needs. I feel very confident they do care a lot about their customer out there. Pretty exceptional. -
