  Brought in a pair of dress shorts that had the hem coming apart. The woman working took them, fixed them immediately, even ironed them for me and then refused to charge me.
  
  Last year I had a sleeping bag that needed a new zipper but son was leaving right away. They were able to quickly sew the end of the sleeping bag so he could use it on his trip.
  
  Family owned, reasonable prices and the most amazing customer service!!!

  Over the years, that would be 9 years now, I have had many items altered here. I am in a wheelchair so everything, well nearly everything, I wear needs to be altered. I have had approximately 22 pairs of pants, 35 shirts, 10 jackets in for shortening. Then I have had about 6 suits in for total cut down and reworked.
  I have never had a problem with any of the staff or the owner and I have dealt with everyone there over the years. On a couple of occasions I have needed something in a hurry, on my schedule, and they were kind enough to accommodate me. But I was not unreasonable about it either.
  They are good people, doing a good job that doesn't get thanked often.
  
  Remember it is a "solitary" type of job and they still have to deal with the public. And we all know what the Public can be like.
