I hired them on when we had some remaining inventory left at a the end of a large scale, multi-family condo development project and without missing a beat they stepped up and made the magic happen. I would recommend this team to anyone out there looking for a great selling experience and a couple new friends - because once you meet them, you'll definitely fall in love with them!

Sourced all the sales data required for me to make an informed decision, tracked down info from the management company, even managed to get additional condo docs needed. Will definitely be recommending Richard.
