  Bijan is a bit of a character which I mean in the nicest way. Very likeable and I think trustworthy. He has great selection and he knows his business. I had visited many stores so I knew my prices and Bijan's pricing was very competitive. I installed about 850 SF of gorgeous engineered hardwood myself. Some of this product type snaps together and that is what I somewhat expected, but his product glues together (tongue and groove system). Bijan explained why that system is actually better which, while self-serving, I can now attest to. The finish on his product is top notch. So, great product at a fair price from honest and knowledgeable people. Most will want it professionally installed and his rates for that were also competitive, though I cannot speak for the quality. I did a fantastic job myself, so I give myself the same five stars.

  Bijan’s Western Flooring has a very impressive selection of hardwood flooring including some amazing exotic hardwood that I have not seen at other flooring stores. The prices are exceptional based on factory direct pricing. In addition, the knowledge and professionalism of the sales person that I dealt with was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Bijan’s Western Flooring to friends and family!

  Bijan's Western Flooring has the best selection of Exotic hardwood flooring in Western Canada. The owner has been in business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
  
  My experience with this company was very positive as their quality and customer service were excellent ! I would definitely recommend Bijan's Western Flooring to anyone looking for amazing quality and a vast selection of Exotic hardwoods!

  A miss communication was quickly addressed ensuring our beautiful wood was installed in a timely fashion. I can not say enough about the men who installed it. Personable, professional and talented! Not only were they quick, but the install is flawless. Would definitely recommend.
