(February 7, 2019, 9:29 pm)I was travelling & camping in the Black Diamond area when my check engine light came on. Unfortunately it was lunch time when I arrived into town & I was turned away at the 3 other auto repair businesses. I was thinking I would need to limp my vehicle all the way to Calgary when I saw Koops. They squeezed me in for a quick scan (HUGE Thank You to the technician who delayed his lunch for me!), cleared the code, assured me I should be fine, charged a very reasonable price & sent me on my way. Fantastic service from the whole Koopman family and staff.

(January 20, 2019, 4:45 am)I came in to get wippers for my wife's 1997 Saab. They had them in stock and the owner graciously help me put the on. Thanks Shane. Excellent service. He then gave me a quick tour: 5 hoists, brand new tire equipment, state of the art wheel alignment centre, and parts department.

(September 14, 2018, 1:15 am)Koops did us a super job! The transmission went out in my brothers motor home. They got it towed to Koops, they fixed it in the time frame that they told us it would be done, they came to the airport and picked us up, drove us to the motor home. They set us up with a super warranty and did a great job with the repair. Had no issues getting back to the states and back to my brother.
