(August 25, 2020, 9:16 pm)I was having issues with my phone and the Rogers insurance provider, Brite Star, so i decided to stop by this Rogers location for help. Amber and Karan were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to help me with my phone and even though the issue could not be fixed that day, Amber called back the following business day to ensure that Brite Star fixed their errors. I am not one for leaving reviews, but their customer service was worth a shout out. Highly recommended dealing with these two! Thanks again!

(July 13, 2020, 10:38 pm)My phone was presenting with super slow download speeds on LTE (3.5 Mbps) and after spending some time with Brayden in the store, the issue is resolved. He spent time looking for an explanation even though there were no known issues with the network. Thanks for getting me fixed up! It looks like SIM cards can wear out.
