  Edit: Service is getting better from when they first opened. I hate the drive thru menu boards, they are constantly changing, plus, you used to be able to see your order on screen, now you can't. On a positive note, the person who works there by the name Jasper is a real asset to the store. So helpful and pleasant to talk to! Had us laughing, smiling and went above and beyond in service. Thank you!
  
  First opened: The location is close and the restaurant is beautiful. However, it takes FOREVER to get your order. I've had to stand and wait for 10, 15, even 20 minutes. First time in the restaurant, the staff was too busy socializing to get orders out quickly, leaving their till to run out and hug their friends. I have nothing against younger people, it just seems like there are no adult staff around, and they aren't taking their jobs seriously. This last time I was in, my fries were undercooked, soggy and cold. I waited 15 minutes for my food, and when I got it, I still had to wait 5 minutes longer because they forgot my nuggets and had to cook new ones. I hope this place gets better, because it has so much potential.
