Justin’s knowledge of the current market and professionalism are top notch. For the sale of our house, Justin positioned us perfectly in the market for a quick sale, his marketing materials, hard work and charm got people in the door for lots of showings and we sold/closed within a month of listing, he has mad negotiating skills! I always felt like he had our back which I believe is so important in a realtor. For the purchase of our new house he was so patient with my never ending wants list. We looked at over 40 houses and I am happy to say he found us a house that checked all the boxes, we absolutely love our new house!. Once again he worked his mad negotiator skills and got us a great deal. It was also helpful that he has some great industry contacts that we were able to use for our home inspections etc. We can’t thank Justin enough for helping us sell our first home and get into our next one! The process was stressful at times but with Justin there to guide us, it made for a great experience. Thank you Justin! We can’t wait to work with you again! (In like 10 years, moving isn’t fun! Haha!)
