(August 26, 2020, 2:16 pm)Shop was super clean and SO accommodating with small children. Piercer worked hard to develop rapport with my kids and to explain the whole process to them. She was patient, let the kids take a break between each ear, and in general just made the whole experience wonderful. Would go back in a heartbeat.

(August 10, 2020, 3:22 am)I had such a great experience. I went in to get my plugs removed after many failed attempts by myself and friends and family. The piercer working with me tried several times with no luck. I finally blurted out “just cut them” and she went to get bolt cutters. She asked again to make sure I was okay with it and I was. So glad I got them out and got something new and easy to remove. I also treated myself to a new piercing (Medusa) for all I had to go through, obviously just an excuse. I wanted one anyway ? the piercing was quickly done and healed so well. The piercer also gave me a gift card for another piercing to use at a later date for, as she said, “trusting her with bolt cutters so close to my war” I’ll definitely go back and I’ll definitely recommend this place to others.
