  High end restaurant, Low end Tip percentage???
  
  The most delicious home made food. My boyfriend said it was the BEST Filet he has ever had. The service we had was definently wonderful, and it looked as though the other servers knew what they were doing as well. Why does the tip on the credit machine start at 10%? We felt bad for our server for not even knowing the tip started that low. Maybe they don’t have a tip out? We own a restaurant in Calgary, and our tip out is 4.5%. If our servers were getting 10%, and losing half, we would have a hard time getting experienced servers. Never seen this before at a classy spot, but to each their own.

  My wife and I went to Alexander’s for the first time tonight for a much needed date night as it was highly recommend by a coworker.
  Well it was absolutely amazingly delicious ! Our server Sandra made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some of the best service we’ve ever received.
  We had a blast and the food was top notch!
  We will definitely be back!

  GREAT service and friendly staff. The atmosphere is great and as soon as you walk in, you forgot you're in a strip mall. Their food selection is great and the kids portions are quite generous. I've had steak all 3 times I've come and the cooks do a pretty bang up job. It's not a top end steakhouse but probably the best in Airdrie.

  Best steakhouse I've been to in a long time!. Like the Keg but at reasonable prices without the wait. Busy place but the service is great and they take care of you pretty quick.
