  The customer service & workmanship was excellent.
  I use a wheelchair & the staff at Airdrie Autobody, did extra to make things easier for me, when I dropped my truck off for repairs & when I picked up my truck after the repairs were completed.
  The repairs on my truck were completed early.
  When I picked up my truck, the repairs were explained to me & I inspected the completed repairs with a person from Airdrie Autobody.

  Unfortunately, three weeks ago I was rear-ended. Fortunately the damage wasn't too great and Airdrie Auto Body took excellent care of me.
  
  My insurance company gave me the names of their two preferred vendors in the Airdrie area. So the first one I visited was actually not Airdrie Autobody but another one which shall remain unnamed. Upon walking in they told me I would have to wait one week just to get an appointment for the initial estimate. As someone who used to work for her daddy's old auto body shop, waiting a week for an estimate is totally unacceptable, and so I went to Airdrie auto body as my second choice but they're definitely not second in anything.
  
  Service at front desk was professional and courteous. Although I did have to wait an additional week, as the bumper they ordered came in damaged, when the work was completed it took less time than what they estimated.
  
  What really impressed me may seem small and silly to some but they left my car in mint condition. They gave my white Hyundai an excellent car wash and cleaned even the interior with care. I really appreciate such attention to detail and going the extra mile.

  Fast, super friendly and courteous and I just cannot believe the condition my jeep was returned to me! I never expected it to be so wonderfully detailed on top of getting the insurance work done.
  What an outstanding experience!

  Amazing experience from start to finish. Obviously not a fun place to be given the nature of it, but they provide a professional and warm experience. From the lady who checked me in, to the technicians who went over all the details with me, to the perfect repair job, and bonus! my car was returned to me extremely clean! Not only that but they under promised and over delivered on the timing, which means i got mt car back 2 days earlier than expected! Great job and great service!
