Great company. Very knowledgeable. Called in the morning and had heat that afternoon. Great at troubleshoot before coming out. Went over basic problems before going further. Thanks Guys

Service was good however they charge you twice to do the work but do not tell you this before hand. My bill was 160 for the job I called them to do. They also chaged 60$ for a service charge that I was not told about. I would recomend using other company that has the minimum charge vs the additional charge. I called Mel and he gave off the impression I was wasting his time. I guess that might be why they are not as busy as other companies.
This company was great! Mel asked the right questions to make sure my appointment was on time. They got the parts and returned in the same day! Also they gave me info on the humidifier and hot water tank just for my awareness ! My furnace is working great! You’re lucky if you get Ken as your repair guy!
