I have been in this store more times then I can say! Until I meet Chantelle Westgard, she is the only one who has continuously helped me and got things done once and for all.. Benn here many times with problems with elderly parents accts and just got parts fixed then go in again and again, Chantelle took control spent a lot of time getting their account straightened out saved them some money and hugely helped take the stress on myself off.. She is very knowledgeable and got things done once and for all! I can not express what a god sent she has been for us! Please don't ever lose this girl, she as a lot of knowledge and is very good at getting things done and completed in one visit where as before I had to return every month with issues on their bill or issues with their phones.. I can not express that if she did not help get things done once and for all I would have cancelled all contact with Telus for my parents and our own personal accts !! She reinstalled my trust in this company again THANK YOU WITH ALL MY HEART CHANTELLE I will buy from you again!

I recently visited this location looking to replace my old iPhone 6 with an Android phone. Carolyn helped me narrow down the best options and work out costs to fit my budget. I really appreciated her help and advice. She even managed to get all my data transferred from my beat up almost broken iPhone 6 which I wasn't overly confident would happen.

Being a business owner myself I really appreciate good customer service. Carolyn was amazing and during the process I was able to observe April working with various customers as well. Both women were professional, helpful and handled juggling multiple customers when they saw the opportunity.

I will gladly continue to take my business to this location in the future.
