Which is very different from my past experiences, so much so, that I won't go anywhere else. I will make the 4 hour drive from Calgary just for his service.

Parts and labour were fully covered when Carl's installed a used transmission that broke after a month of use. I was very surprised that we drove home without any extra charges! Carl stands by his shop's work and good work it is.
