About our Beef. As part of our conception to consumer program our Fleckvieh-Hereford-Red Angus cross cattle are bred and managed to develop youthful, high yielding, well marbled beef. Our calves are born on pasture in April and May. In the fall they are weaned and fed through the winter on hay and oats green feed.
