  I just want to share my great experience with the service department here. I drove in no appointment after my work shift, there was not even an hour left until closing I was a little nervous I didn't think I was going to receive much help. My experience with dealerships in the past has been very unhelpful to be honest. But Carolyn greeted me right away answered all my questions, she was super helpful and knowledgeable. I received a battery test for my concern right away. My battery had ended up failing and I was scared because my car was already having a super hard time starting in the cold mornings. She let me know about their current promotions on battery replacements. I purchased my new battery and had it installed right away at an unbeatable price. My experience was painless I would definitely recommend this dealership if you like exceptional service. Thank you !

  Had the pleasure of dealing with Shawn Benson. He has such positive energy. He was able to accommodate all my needs and went over and beyond for me with my questions.   In terms of sales, this place is amazing. Shafik is not your typical sales person. He is honest, kind, and not just wanting to make a dollar. He truly cares about the people he serves. Managers are always fair in their negotiations as well. The service department is top notch. Each time I have called my schedule has been more than accommodated which is amazing based on the fact that I have two young children. We will continue to be loyal to this dealership!

  Just had one of most pleasant experiences in buying a new vehicle. We purchased a new Corolla from Marshall. We went in and talked with him and at no point was there any of the normal pushy salesman antics that most seem to resort to. He took us on a test drive and explained all the features of the vehicle and various options. He has since followed up a few times to ensure all is well. Looking forward to dealing with this dealership in the future
