  Seems really popular with young families. Service varies from mediocrentonok. Food is consistently ok, as far as chain restaurants go. Decent set of taps in the lounge. Decent alternative before you head east out of Edmonton.

  The hostess was friendly and we were seated right away. Our waitress was so friendly, sweet, and very attentive and she did an awesome job.The food was good and hardley any wait time. The desert she suggested was amazing. We would recommend trying this Red Robin.

  So my hubby ordered steak fajitas.. There was none. Then he ordered popcorn shrimp... There was none. We waited forever for our drinks to come after we ordered them. The food that we did order was good when it arrived, thank goodness. In the end the mgr gave my hubby's entree for free for the inconvenience of not having the 2 original entrees that he wanted. Not a horrible price to pay for choice number 3. ????

  Tonight we had a good experience at Red Robins. One of the appetizers wasn’t cooked properly but our server and the manager were absolutely amazing at addressing the matter. It was very appreciated and it made the whole meal that much more wonderful. Thank you Justin for being an outstanding server and for truly caring about your customers.

  Great food for the whole family. Prices are definitely fair for what you get in return. Since it is quite popular for all ages... The wait times can sometimes be quite irritating (expect to spend at least an hour here).
