I took into account the bad experiences the people before me had, but due to time and location, I ended up coming to this store all the same. I looked up the ring I wanted before going so that I knew the price and what to expect. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Maria helped me, she was very kind, efficient and knowledgable. She was up front with me about my options, sizing, warranty and cleaning. She informed me of the sale, answered all my questions, and I was very happy with the service I recieved.
I also love the ring I bought, and am very happy with the price I paid.
All in all, the service was good, the store was clean, the price was fair, and although they've had many bad reviews here previously, if I need anything in the future I will not hesitate to come back. -

(December 30, 2018, 4:34 am)Matthew at the Sherwood Park Mall Peoples Jewellers helped me find the most beautiful ring! I was there for probably a couple hours going back and fourth on different rings. Every new ring I saw as an option, he would tell me everything about it and let me try it on. He was knowledgeable, kind and made me feel like a valued customer. He went above and beyond and he should definitely be recognized for it. I knew he didn’t just care about making the sale because when he saw me get confused about which ring I wanted, he told me to take a picture of two I loved and go get a coffee so I could have time to think about it. Best service I’ve ever had and I will go back there just because of his help.
