  First time ever experiencing a hearing test.
  I was referred to this office due to positive feedback.
  I honestly was a little unsure as i had absolutely no idea whatsoever what this was about.
  Friends have told me that they are easy and uncomfortable. This also made me worrisome.
  
  Day of my appointment, I was greeted from this bubbly friendly lady behind the counter, she answered questions and had helped me understand more with this and help my anxiety improve. The lady was always answering phone calls and her customer service voice and skills, well i would not be able to do that.
  
  The ambience within the office is very welcoming and, compared to some offices i have been in, this place was Immaculate.
  
  Then i went into the room for the testing, im not going to lie, it was a little overwhelming because it was such a different experience all together.
  The test was also different, the sounds they give you are, well if they are actually day to day sounds that is a eye opener.
  
  The lady whom did the test was great and soft spoken and explained alot about the ear itself.
  
  I would not go anywhere else nor deal with anyone else. The two ladies were so friendly. The whole experience was very phenomenal.
  O and there is a fancy coffee maker and a scentsy warmer in the little waiting area.
  I am looking forward to dealing with them again.

  Danielle Pollard is an amazing Registered Hearing Aid Practioner, she has been serving me for 7 years.
  My name is Craig Jones and on December 1st 2011 , I was a bakery manager for Canada Safeway and fell off an 8 foot ladder and had a very serious tramatic brain injury by smashing my head on concreat . My left ear was affected a great deal with hearing damage . Danielle has been aware of everything regarding my hearing challanges and helped with adjustments and keeping my hearing aid working and doing its job to help me hear in a very noicey bakery .
  Danielle is very compassionate and caring person and works extreamly hard to serve her patients. She first treated me in the downtown office and moved to the office in Sherwood Park . I followed her there because she is the only one I want treating me.

  Leslie and Danielle have been awesome over the time I have been going to Living Sounds. They have been extremely accommodating with my work schedule! I would highly recommend Living Sounds!
