(March 24, 2019, 7:13 pm)Very nice staff. New hotel. What you expect from 4 points with a few surprises such as underground parkade and extremely helpful staff. They seem to be genuinely pleased to host guests. One star knocked off for spotty housekeeping. Not always on the ball and doing bare minimum (not refilling things, not cleaning shower between guests, not cleaning at all)

Truly a hidden gem of our city, both to stay and celebrate a good time! Very professional and friendly staff at the front desk as well in F&B,
Chef Sunil and management truly made it a memorable experience with food options; would definitely be visiting again and recommending others! -

(March 11, 2019, 12:49 am)Hosted my wedding reception here in August 2017. The food was spectacular and the space was great, including the bridal suite. Highly recommend for medium-sized wedding receptions.

(January 6, 2019, 7:52 pm)We have stayed at this property a few times. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The beds are comfortable. The underground parking is nice to have during those times you are visiting when it’s cold outside. The staff were courteous and friendly. We didn’t take advantage of any of the other hotel amenities as we were visiting family but the lounge and the coffee bar looked quite nice.
Rates were reasonable as well.
