  I use Lorraine and her team every time I travel and would not recommend anyone else ! If you are looking for knowledgeable staff who really care about their clients , then look no further. The customized service and patience , plus the best deals around are bar none. Use them !!!! You are in such good hands here.

  We booked a round trip out of country for a family vacation. Now I know their title says cruise ships, but our trip was all land based and had nothing to do with cruises. We booked hotels, excursions, flights etc. and Disneyland tickets (and they did price comparing and saved money with their knowledge!). We had the opportunity to work with a few of the consultants. It was our first big trip and hubby and I have crazy schedules and didn't want any stress. These guys took care of everything! I love that they are so willing to work with whatever means of communication. We did text, phone, email and in person as needed. So much support and information in a way that's not overwhelming! Thank you Barry and the whole team for starting our vacation on such a bright note! You know travel and people are their passion when they're as excited about your trip as you are!
  
  Now to start thinking about the cruises....????

  Lorraine Dziwenka and her team are amazing! I needed to book a round trip, 1 day flight and 1 day car rental for business. I was overwhelmed with finding what I needed online.   I've gotten to know Janice and her company over the last 2-3 years. I've learned that they're able to do a lot for you when you're planning your vacation and make sure that everything is all planned out. Even when there's an error, a flight has been delayed or cancelled, whatever the situation might be, you can always contact Janice and her team to help you out! You don't get that kind of service if you book through another site/company and something goes wrong- you're usually left alone to fend for yourself. I also got to see how easy it is to book through her website for any vacation that you want to do. I would highly recommend Expedia CruiseShipCenters when you're booking any vacation or travel. Not only is it easy but it's comforting knowing that no matter what happens, Janice and her team will always have your back and take care of you!

  I have known Janice for over 4 years now and I can't say enough about her company. I am sure you have heard the usual statements many times before: she is awesome, she has great service, yadda, yadda, yadda.
  
  I want to add another statement to this long list of kudos that I feel is well deserved.
  
  I have sent her clients in the past, one of them being my cousin and his fiancé who are very important to me. I knew that she needed handholding with her vacations because she hates tech, she despises searching online and she detests talking to someone over the phone. I knew Janice would be the person for her.
  
  Every time her and my cousin meet with us, they can't say enough about their experience with Janice. How much TIME she saves them, how much MONEY she saves them and most importantly how much BETTER she makes their vacation plans.
  
  Janice is amazing at her job, as you know. But what makes her extra special is her customer service. She really is passionate about travel and making sure her clients get what they need when they ask her to help with vacation plans.
  
  If you refer someone you love to her. Rest assured that they will be taken care well.
